Meet Lee Ann Groves
I am a lifelong resident of the Central Texas Area. I attended Round Rock I.S.D. from K-12, graduating Round Rock High School in 1982. I earned my bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 1986, and immediately entered the Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Training Academy. As a commissioned officer of the Texas DPS, I experienced many situations that allowed me to grow and develop my lifelong passion of serving others in a time of need. I retired with 30 years at the rank of Commander of the Counter Terrorism and Intelligence Division. The Texas DPS motto is Courtesy, Service and Protection. It is with these core values in mind that I established Your Daytime Daughter. I have confidence that with my education, work experience, character and integrity, I can be a positive community resource to families experiencing challenging circumstances with themselves or their loved ones. I hope I have the opportunity to serve you.
